    The 8kW, 48V, 14.4kWh Solar Lithium System consists of the following components:

    20× 405W Deep Blue 3.0 JA Solar Mono Solar Panel:

    Made of monocrystalline silicon from the international manufacturer JA Solar. PERC technology with high performance monocrystalline half cells offers more than 20% efficiency for the size of the module. It measures 2112 x 1052 x 35mm and includes a junction box for each positive and negative cable with MC4 connectors at each end. The solar module includes an attached aluminum frame that allows it to be attached to any structure, allowing for additional dimensions.

    3x Falcat Universal Union Kit up to 45mm:

    Contains all the necessary elements to connect the solar panels when creating a solar system with structures. This kit is specially designed to join two Falcat structures prepared for panels with a profile thickness of up to 45mm.

    4x Structure 5 Panels 30-45mm Coplanar Falcat:

    Support to allow the placement of 5 solar panels on the roof with the correct slope and orientation. The panels are placed perpendicular to the structure and have the same slope as the surface on which they are installed. In this case, the structure is designed for panels of any length and has a universal press that accepts panel profiles from 30 to 45 mm. This is the most suitable type of construction for metal roofs, sandwich panels or concrete slab roofs. The product is supplied in a single package and can be connected to multiple structures of the same type using the appropriate connection kit.

    3× 4.8kWh Pylontech US5000 48V Lithium Battery:

    This advanced Lithium-Ion Phosphate accumulator offers a highly competitive storage system with attractive technical features. It can be installed in parallel with up to 40 units, providing a direction of 6000 cycles and a depth of discharge of 95%.

    1 x Rack 19” up to 10 Pylontech DC EM-S 6627 units:

    The sturdy construction of the Pylontech 1866 Battery Rack Cabinet enables secure fixation, connection, and placement of battery modules with a wide range of characteristics, including 2.4kWh Pylontech US2000B Plus 48V and 3.5kWh Pylontech US3000 Plus 48V batteries. It also accommodates standard 19-inch format batteries. The cabinet features slots to ensure proper ventilation for the installed batteries, and it can be easily moved or secured in place using wheels or feet. Please note that battery support compartments are not included.

    3x EM-S D600 Rack Tray:

    The EM-S D600 rack tray is used to accommodate this type of battery inside the cabinet. This case supports about 50 kg of weight and helps to better distribute the weight of the battery so that the battery is not supported only in the front.

    2x Pylontech LV Battery-Inverter Cables:

    Allow power and data to be connected between Pylontech batteries and the inverters that connect them. 2 meter long 4 AWG cables supporting up to 120A and 3 meter communication cable with crimp for CAN communication.

    1x Pylontech – Voltronic Communication Cable:

    Communication cable to connect the Voltronic brand inverter to the Pylontech battery.

    2x Victron 600A 4P Busbar + cover:

    a high current distribution device that also provides connections to batteries and/or DC devices. 600A model with 4 high current connections.

    Special for electrical installations. Halogen-free flexible power cables for the most demanding industrial requirements.

The cable features a PVC jacket that fulfills all your requirements. Its flexibility allows for installation in challenging settings, and it maintains its durability whether in wet or dry areas.

    2 x Eye Terminal – 70mm Cable, 8mm Eye:

    Designed for use with 70mm cable and accepts 8mm diameter screws. A durable eye terminal prepared to withstand high temperatures, erosion, and moisture. Its great advantage is that it provides the best electrical contact to create connections that withstand all conditions. Be sure to crimp properly and strip the cable jacket enough to insert all the cable’s copper into the cable gland, then cover it with heat shrink tubing.
